PRIVACY NOTICE
Polybois is committed to providing visitors with a website that respects their privacy. This page summarizes the privacy policy and practices on the Site.
Polybois does not automatically gather any specific personal information from you, such as your name, IP number, e-mail address, etc. We would only obtain this type of information if you supply it by sending us an e-mail or subscribing to our newsletter.
Polybois employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. This software receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our website, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our Site unless an attempt to damage the Site has been detected.

Polybois only uses cookies when you login to a secure portion of the Site [(e.g., Extranet and every time you access the secure part of the Site)]. SEVERABILITY

JURISDICTION
Polybois is a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada. The Site is physically maintained and operated by Polybois within the Province of Quebec, Canada. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and should be treated as a Quebec contract without reference to the principals of conflicts of law. All disputes arising from or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec to finally adjudicate any legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Site. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Quebec.
LANGUAGE
In case you are a visitor to this Site who reads, accepts, and agrees to the English language version of the Legal Notice, you confirm and acknowledge that the French language version of the legal notice will take precedence in the event of any inconsistency between the English and French versions.
